FIFA World Cup Winning Teams

The FIFA World Cup, Federation Internationale Football Association (FIFA), is an international association football competition played by senior men's national teams of members of the game's global governing body. The FIFA World Cup is held once every four years after the inaugural tournament in 1930 but was not held in 1942 and 1946 due to World War II. The defending champions are the French national football team that won the 2018 World Cup tournament in their home state of France.

About the current format of the tournament, 32 teams were included in the title competition on the grounds of different cities of the host country (which is not sure for each time). In previous tournaments, this number has been increasing. The last stage is called the final of the World Cup. Currently, the qualification is based on the previous three-year records of the teams or the rankings provided based on the game.

The 19 World Cup tournaments have been won by eight different national teams. Brazil has won the maximum five times, and the Brazilian side is the only team to play in every tournament. It was followed by Italy and Germany with four titles, Argentina and Uruguay with two titles, and England, France, and once Spain.

The FIFA World Cup is one of the most widely watched sports tournaments in the world. It is estimated that 71,51,00,000 people watched the final match of the 2007 World Cup held in Germany.

Uruguay (Football Team) 1930

The Uruguay nationwide football team serves Uruguay in global federation football and is administered by the Uruguay Football Association. Their population was only 12.5 million when they won their first World Cup in 1930. The crew has won the FIFA World Cup doubly, including as the first World Cup host in 1930, beating Argentina 4–2 in the final. He earned his second title by defeating hosts Brazil 2–1 in the final match in 1950, which received more attendance than any football match.

The prevailing head coach is Óscar Tabárez. The Uruguayan team is commonly associated as La Celeste (The Sky Blue). They have won the Copa America 15 times, the most victorious national team in the competition, the most recent title in the 2011 edition. He has won a gold medal in football twice, two years in 1924 and 1928.


Italy (football team) 1934

The Italian nationwide football team (Italian: Nazionale Italiana di Calcio), depicts Italy in international football competitions and is supervised by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). Italy is considered one of the best national teams in the world. The team is known as gli Azzurri (Azures). Savoy Azure is the standard colour of national teams representing Italy, as it is the traditional paint of the royal House of Savoy, which ruled the Kingdom of Italy from 1860 to 1946.

It is the second most successful national team in World Cup history, having won the FIFA World Cup four times in 1934, 1938, 1982, 2006, and Italy had previously won two Central European International Cups (1927–30, 1933–35). Between their first two World Cup victories, Italy won the Olympic Football Tournament (1936). Italy had the highest position in the FIFA Confederation Cup in 2013, where the team finished third. In the FIFA World Rankings since August 1993, Italy took first place several times in November 1993 and after that in 2007 (February, April – June, September), with its worst ranking being 21st in August 2018.


West Germany (Football Team) 1954

From 1950 to 1990, it was mostly a West Germany team. Germany's national football team (German: Deutsche Füblennationalmannschaft or Die Manshaft) is the men's soccer team that has represented Germany in the global championship since 1908. It is governed by the German Football Association (Deutscher Fuebol-Bund), established in 1900. Ever since the DFB was reunited in 1949, the team has served the Federal Republic of Germany. Under Allied occupation and division, two other separate national teams were also recognized by FIFA: the Saarland team representing Saarland (1950–1956) and the East German squad stewarding the German Democratic Republic (1952–1990) is. Both have been incorporated by the current national team with their records. The official name and code of "Germany FR (FRG)" was curtailed after revaluation in 1990. Germany is one of the most flourishing national teams in international competitions, having won four World Cups (1954, 1974, 1990, 2014), Won three European Championships (1972, 1980, 1996), and one Confederation Cup (2017).

East Germany procured Olympic gold in 1976. Germany is the sole nation to have won both the FIFA World Cup and the FIFA Women's World Cup. At the end of the 2014 World Cup, Germany gained the most leading Elo rating of any national football team in antiquity, with a record 2,205 points. Germany is also the only European nation to have won the FIFA World Cup in the US. The administrator of the national team is Joachim Löw.


Brazil (Football Team) 1958

The Brazilian national football team (Portuguese: Seleção Brasileira) represents Brazil in international men's football. Brazil is the only team to play in every World Cup. Brazil is the most successful national team in the FIFA World Cup, the main football international competition, in which the winner is crowned five times: 1958, 1962, 1970, 1994 and 2002. Select is likewise the most successful national team in the FIFA Confederations Cup with four titles: 1997, 2005, 2009 and 2013.

Because of these achievements, FIFA is considered as the most spectacular and successful national team in South America and the world. There is a common saying about football: "Os ingleses o inventaram, os Brasileiros o aperfeiçoaram" (the British invented it, but the Brazilians corrected it).


England (Football Team) 1966

The England interstate football team draws England in international football matches and is governed by the Football Association, the governing body for football in England. England is the oldest joint national football team in the world with the Scotland national football team, both playing in the world's first international football match in 1872. England's home ground is Wembley Stadium in London.

England acquired the FIFA World Cup in 1966 meanwhile they thrashed West Germany in the final. The team's best performance since then was reaching the semi-finals at the 1990 FIFA World Cup. They arrived at most 2 semi-finals in the continental competition UEFA Euro, first in 1968 and second in 1996.

England elects the FIFA World Cup and the UEFA European Championship, alternately bilaterally. Any of these tournament victories after 1992 would mean that England would also contest the FIFA Confederations Cup, although they have not yet qualified for the tournament. England won the 1966 World Cup, fought for the World Cup seventeen times in the last sixty years when they hosted the finals and finished fourth in 1990. Argentina (Football Team) 1978

The Argentina national football team (Spanish: Selección de fútbol de Argentina) represents Argentina in international football matches and is governed by the Association del Futbol Argentino (AFA), the governing body of football in Argentina. The main home stadium of Argentina is El Monumental. The crew currently placed third in the world in 2013.

The team has reached the final of the FIFA World Cup four times, 2 of which it has won the World Cup final - the first time in 1978 and second time in 1986. Argentina Copa has been very successful in the US, winning it fourteen times. The Argentina team has also won Olympic football tournaments in Athens 2004 and Beijing 2008. Argentina has a historic rivalry with Brazil, Uruguay and England, especially their matches against England (which the Argentines consider arch-rivals, bitter Falkland Because of war) has been the cause of violence among fans.


France (football team) 1998 

The French nationwide football team (French: Equipe de France de Football) depicts France in worldwide football and is regulated by the French Football Federation, also kenned as FFF or in French: Fédération française de football. The foursome's shades are blue, white and red, and its symbols are Kouk Goulois. France is colloquially identified as Les Blues (The Blues). The French rival is World Cup dwellers, having acquired the 2018 FIFA World Cup on 15 July 2018.
France obtained the FIFA World Cup in 1998, under the captaincy of Didier Deschamps and three-time FIFA World Player of the Year Zinedine Zidan. Two years later, the team won the UEFA Euro 2000. France won the FIFA Confederation Cup in 2001 and 2003. France was the first national team to win three of the most important men's titles acknowledged by FIFA: the World Cup, the Confederation Cup and the Olympic Tournament after winning the 2001 Confederation Cup. Argentina (post-2004 Olympics) and Brazil (post-2016 Olympics) are the other two national teams since 2001 to have won these three titles. They have also won their respective continental championships (Copa America for Argentina and Brazil and UEFA European European Union for France).


Spain (Football Team) 2010

Spain's national football team (Spanish: Celiacione Española de Football) has represented Spain in the international men's soccer competition since 1920. It is governed by the Royal Spanish Football Federation, the governing body for football in Spain. Spain became the first European team to win the FIFA World Cup outside Europe, winning the Fifa 2010 tournament in South Africa, as well as back-to-back European titles at Euro 2008 and Euro 2012, beating Germany and Italy. As of 2010, it was Spain's highest spot in the final of the FIFA World Cup, which named them "underachievers".

Spain is one of the eight national teams to become champions worldwide, having competed in a total of 15 of the FIFA World Cups and have been qualifying continuously since 1978. Spain has also won three continental titles, appearing in 10 of 10 UEFA European Championships.
